Britney Spears and Jason Trawick stopped at a convenience story in NYC today, and Britney's sparkling engagement ring was in view as they left holding hands. Jason proposed to Britney on December 15, just a few days before they headed to Vegas to celebrate his 40th birthday. The happy pair showed off Britney's Neil Lane stunner during their stay in Sin City, posing for pictures at a party they hosted at Planet Hollywood.
The trip to Nevada was one of many the duo took together in 2011. Jason was close by Britney's side for most of the year, along with her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James, as she toured the world. She closed her Femme Fatale concert series in Puerto Rico on December 12, and her boys, Jason, and her mother joined her on stage for the last song in the final show. Jason waited until the family was back in LA before popping the question, however, and Britney quickly hinted at their exciting news on Twitter before the duo officially confirmed their plans to wed.
